Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products once they have been shipped.
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can review the issue.
Teaze Hair Collection reserves the right to approve or deny any replacement requests.
