Local delivery is available in select areas. Please select "Same Day Order Request" at checkout anytime before 12:00 PM and you will receive an invoice to pay via Zelle, or Apple Pay. If you pay via website your order will not qualify for "Same day order request" since all website payments have to be "processed".

All sales are final. Teaze Hair Collection does not offer refunds on any hair products, including bundles, wigs, clip-ins, or tape-ins. We only accept exchanges for unused, unaltered, and unopened items in their original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us at teazehaircollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that have been worn, installed, colored, brushed, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.
Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
Same-Day Pickup: Orders must be placed by 12 PM to qualify for same-day pickup. Pickup instructions and the exact location will be provided via email once your order is confirmed.
