All sales are final. Teaze Hair Collection does not offer refunds on any hair products, including bundles, wigs, clip-ins, or tape-ins. We only accept exchanges for unused, unaltered, and unopened items in their original packaging. To request an exchange, contact us at teazehaircollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that have been worn, installed, colored, brushed, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.
Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
Same-Day Pickup: Orders must be placed by 12 PM to qualify for same-day pickup. Pickup instructions and the exact location will be provided via email once your order is confirmed.
